This is a legal agreement between you and Dating Blocks. By using the datingblocks.com Web site and participating in its events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not Use the Dating Blocks Web site or participate in its events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change.

ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old to register for Dating Blocks events and to use datingblocks.com website. By using this website and/or participating in Dating Blocks events, you warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

TERM

This agreement will remain in effect while you use datingblocks.com and/or participate in any Dating Blocks events. Dating Blocks may terminate your access to the website and your participation in any Dating Blocks events if you have breached the agreement. If your rights are so terminated you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid to Dating Blocks. Even after this agreement is terminated, the provisions of this agreement will remain in effect.

USE

You are granted access to make personal use of this site and you are not allowed to modify or create a hyperlink to this site, except with the express prior written consent of Dating Blocks. You may not use this site or its contents for any resale, or commercial use. Collecting any data for the benefit of competitors is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use by you may result in the termination of your right to use this site and to participate in Dating Blocks events, without refund.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Dating Blocks web site and protecting access by others to your account from your computer or other computers from which you access your account. Dating Blocks advises that you maintain the secrecy of all passwords and that you make sure that you logoff after each visit to the Dating Blocks web site.

PARTICIPATION

Dating Blocks has not conducted background checks on any of the participants and is not responsible for anything that may happen between singles during events or thereafter. You agree to release Dating Blocks from any liability and assume the full responsibility and risk with respect to any person you meet at a Dating Blocks event. We suggest that you take the precautions you would take in meeting any new person to assure your safety. If you choose to register for an event you affirm that you are single and available and not otherwise attached. It is the users full and sole responsibility to check the background of the single if a match is made. Dating Blocks cannot be held liable for any emotional distress, emotional discomfort, physical damages, or bodily injury. You acknowledge that by participating in Dating Blocks events that your first name will be provided to certain other participants that are at the event. Dating Blocks will not provide any other personal information such as email address, phone number, last name, and/or address to other Dating Blocks participants. Any personal information you wish to provide other daters you will personally release in the Dating Blocks Match Center. Therefore Dating Blocks is not responsible for information exchanged between you and your matches. Dating Blocks makes no representation to users that its services will result in any matches nor will result in any future dates with other Dating Blocks singles. Also we do not claim that if a match is made it will last. Dating Blocks has the right to remove a participant from an event if this participant acts in a way that Dating Blocks deems defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, indecent, or threatening in any way. You also understand and acknowledge that Dating Blocks events are held at venues which Dating Blocks do not hold any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a Dating Blocks event, you agree to release Dating Blocks from any liability.

In order to participate in Dating Blocks events you must have access to the Internet, as all of our payment and all personal information and "matches" are conducted through the Dating Blocks website. All communications between participants through the Dating Blocks website is conducted by Dating Blocks Match Center. Dating Blocks does not screen private emails/match center messages between participants and is neither responsible nor liable for any of the content contained in such emails/Match center messages. Additionally, Dating Blocks does not scan any of such emails for computer viruses, and highly recommends that all participants operate anti-virus software whenever engaged in email communication of any kind. Participants agree that they utilize email communications at their own risk, and release Dating Blocks from any liability with respect to any damages suffered as a result of the utilization of such email communications.

CANCELLATION POLICY

So you have registered for a Dating Blocks event, but you are unable to attend. We understand that things happen. If you can not attend an event that you have paid for please contact us at 952-201-2838.

These are the refunds that are available to you.

Cancel 5 days or more before an event:

We will offer you a refund of your money paid with a $5 processing fee, or a rain check for another Dating Blocks event.

Cancel 72 hours before an event:

You will be provided with a rain check for another Dating Blocks event.

Cancel less than 48 hours before an event:

There will be no refund or rain check.

Contact Dating Blocks by phone with your event and credit card information ready. Listed above is how you will be credited depending on how timely you are. If you cancel less than 48 hours before an event you will be charged. The reason for this is that it is extremely difficult to fill your spot so close to the event. Dating Blocks offers the best speed dating experience. To obtain this we ensure that we have a full event with equal numbers of men and women. If you are a no show without contacting us prior to the event your registration fee is non-refundable.

MEDIA

Occasionally various press or media may cover or attend a Dating Blocks event. By attending and participating in any Dating Blocks event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video. Participants will not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for any photographs or audio/video recording. Dating Blocks will not use a participant's name or any other personally identifiable information unless such participant has specifically granted his or her consent, in writing, for such use.
